We invite you to be a part of Zurich Bean Fest 54.5!  A Virtual Event

The Zurich Bean Festival Committee is asking local restaurants if they wish to be apart of this year’s unique bean fest experience. We want to offer take-out meals from local restaurants and we would like to work with you in offering a ‘Bean Fest Special’ for take-out from your location. Note we plan to have these meals in limited quantity and pre-ordered. In addition, we will be advertising your restaurant prior to and during the three day event and featured on our take-out map.

Submit a video that may include an introduction to your restaurant, history and menu. As well, we are looking for Chefs to go live from their restaurant on the weekend of Bean Fest. Let us know if interested!

    Social Media, Take-out Map (Digital & Print)
• Profile on BeanFest.ca
• 1 x 25kg bag of beans for your take-out special

How to Submit Videos:

• Be sure to include name in the file

Requirements:

• 720p, 1080p preferred
• 3-5 minutes to 20 minutes in length

Some clips may be posted during the event may be used in promotional materials prior to event. We will send you a video to approve before posting.

Tips for Making Videos

• Start your video 2-3 seconds prior to your shot to give space for editing
• Do a test video for the lighting and sound quality
• Speak loudly and avoid windy areas
• Add captions & sound effects
• Ensure transitions are smooth between clips
• Use the newest phone or best camera(s) available
